Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of your delivery. If you’d like to return an item, simply send it back within this time. Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We are located in North West England.

Bark Collars are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. We offer 100% refunds as long as the collar is returned in fair condition (it can be used of course) but must be complete with all accessories. In the event the item is returned in none saleable condition we do reserve the right to deduct maximum 20% for loss of value for the returned items, all accessories must be returned. You will receive a full refund if the item is returned in the same condition that you received it, with accessories, and in its original packaging. It is very rare that we make any deductions, we totally understand this product is worn on a dog and can get scratches etc, please just ensure it is not sent back totally dirty or missing accessories etc.

Supplements are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. We want you (and your furry friend) to be completely happy with your purchase!

How It Works:
  • If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, simply reach out to us at woof@thewoofwhisperer.co.uk to start the return process.
  • Once we receive your returned product, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • For supplements, the seal must remain unbroken to qualify for a full refund.
  • If the product has been opened and used, we may offer a partial refund of 50%, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Eligible Returns:
  • Products purchased for reasons other than their intended use.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window.
  • Items sent back without prior approval.

Training Treats - these are not returnable.

Bark Collar Bundles - The Training Treat aspect is none returnable, hence £7.99 will be held back off the refund, you may keep the personalised treat tin.

Exceptions: 

From time to time, a customer has placed an order and later requested a return. If you receive a refund on your first order and then choose to place a new order in the future, please note that the 30-day trial will not apply. This is to prevent misuse of the policy and to encourage full commitment to the training from the start.

We want you and your dog to have the best chance of success, so please be ready to commit to the training on your first order. If you do decide to reorder, feel free to reach out - I’ll be more than happy to provide you with a free, hands-on training plan to support you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
