To turn on the collar, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep—this signals that the collar is now active and ready to respond to barking. A short press won’t turn it on or off, as a safety feature to prevent accidental activation. When you're finished using the collar, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds again to turn it off and conserve battery life.
What kind of battery does the Woof Whisperer Dog Bark Stopper use?
The Woof Whisperer Dog Bark Stopper features a built-in rechargeable battery, so there’s no need to worry about the cost or hassle of buying new batteries. The medium and large collars come with a 500mAh battery, while the small size has a 250mAh battery. We include a USB charging cable that’s compatible with any 5v/1a USB charging port. Depending on how often your dog barks, a full charge can last up to 14 days before recharging is needed.
